Location is a big one. Often times, the location you favour will affect the type of property you want. Some areas are more expensive than others due to the amenities & schools.  You should also consider other factors like how close you want to be to work, family, shopping etc.

6. I will advise you when to walk away or not purchase a certain property.  If I think a purchase is not in your best interest, I will let you know.  Your best interest will always be my number one priority;

7. Be honest, loyal & give attention without any conflict of interest; and

8. Give expert advice on useful clauses that will protect your best interest.

Step by Step of the Buying Process:

1. Hire a Licensed Realtor - Me, Sam Cantalena, Realtor and Broker;

2. Help you get pre-approved for a mortgage., via a Bank or Mortgage Broker;

3. Discussion to figure out your  needs, wants, must haves, areas, etc.;

4. See Properties - When you walk into "your home" you'll know! Take your time, there is no rush to make one of the biggest financial decisions of your life.

5. Book additional property viewings;

6. Place an offer!!! – Remember, I will have looked at comparables in the area and I’ll make sure to negotiate a GREAT price for you;

7. Ensuring a competent Real Estate Lawyer reviews the paper work for a quick and easy closing.

8. Closing - Move in & Enjoy your beautiful new home!
